Dr. Ahmad, MD, FACS provides personalized surgical care tailored to each patient’s needs. She is skilled in endoscopic, robotic, laparoscopic, and open surgical techniques, allowing her to select the most appropriate approach for each case. Her expertise includes anti-reflux surgery, paraesophageal hernia repair, and treatment of gallbladder disease, diverticulitis, and tumors of the gastrointestinal tract and adrenal glands. She also performs a broad range of general surgical procedures, including abdominal wall hernia repair, enteral feeding access, port placement, and screening endoscopy. Dr. Ahmad earned her medical degree from Shifa College of Medicine in Islamabad, Pakistan, completed residency training at Massachusetts General Hospital and Danbury Hospital, and completed a fellowship in advanced GI surgery at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis. She speaks English and Urdu.
